FAQ
Do I need an Agent.Space account to buy?
Yes. Please sign in or sign up before paying; the order is kept in that account. The service is paid once in US dollars (when you pay with Alipay, Alipay converts the amount to RMB). Agent.Space credits are not used.
How soon will I receive the website?
The seller will send the finished work to the email address you provide within 24 hours after you submit your details. If anything is incomplete, you will be asked to add it; no new order is needed.
How can I check the progress of my order?
Sign in to Agent.Space and open My orders. The finished work is sent by the seller to the email address you provided.
What does the service include, and what does it not include?
Included: a finished website made from the chosen template and the details you submit, sent to the email address you provide as a preview link and a source ZIP. Not included: deployment (domain registration, hosting, ICP filing and the like), maintenance and content updates after launch, customization beyond the chosen template, and changes outside the scope of free repair.
How does the site go live? Will the seller or Agent.Space deploy it for me?
Deployment is not part of this service; neither the seller nor Agent.Space deploys the site for you. Once the order is complete, My orders shows Agent.Space’s go-live guide: upload the source to a static host such as Cloudflare Pages, Netlify or Vercel, then connect your own domain. The guide is reference advice from Agent.Space, not part of what the seller delivers.
How long is the preview link valid?
The seller sends the preview link together with the finished work; its validity is stated in the seller’s email. For lasting access, deploy the source to your own hosting and domain, following the go-live guide in My orders.
May I modify the source code myself?
Yes. The source ZIP contains the complete website files. You may edit them yourself, hand them to a developer, or continue refining the site with AI in a new Agent.Space workspace.
What if I am not satisfied with the finished work?
Within 24 hours after the seller marks the order as delivered, if the work does not match the chosen template or the details you submitted, or has defects such as being inaccessible, images not loading or a broken layout, you may submit a claim to the seller in My orders. Where a claim is upheld, the seller will make one free repair, limited to the matters claimed. If you disagree with the outcome of a claim, you may email support@agent.space to request Agent.Space’s intervention.
Are wording changes or image replacements covered by free repair?
No. Free repair is limited to quality problems found in an upheld claim. Changes to your details, new requirements and adjustments of personal preference (such as rewording, replacing images, adding content or fine-tuning the layout) are not covered; you may make them in the source files yourself or continue with AI.
What guarantees does Agent.Space provide?
Payment is guaranteed by Agent.Space. If the seller has not delivered within 24 hours, Agent.Space will refund the amount paid in full. If you disagree with the outcome of a claim, you may email support@agent.space to request Agent.Space’s intervention.
What is my information used for?
Solely to make the website for this order. Agent.Space does not use your information for any purpose beyond this order.
Who can see what I upload, and how long is it kept?
